10m² in Maisonette Wohnung in Kreuzberg mit Blick auf den Viktoriapark

Die Wohnung liegt direkt zwischen dem Viktoriapark und dem Gleisdreieckpark, man muss also nie weit laufen um etwas grün in dieser Stadt zu sehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch direkt ums Eck: Lidl & Aldi (ca. 5 Minuten), ein fancy Rewe & BioCompany (ca. 10 Minuten) und die Bergmannstraße ist auch nur ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Direkt vor der Tür fährt der 104 und 140 Bus wodurch man immer schnell zum Kotti und nach Neukölln gelangt. Die nächste U-und S-bahn Station (Yorckstraße) ist auch nur 10 Minuten entfernt, nach Schöneberg zum Akazienkiez lässt sich auch in nur wenigen Minuten spazieren und das Tempelhoferfeld ist auch nicht weit.

The flat is situated in between Viktoriapark and Gleisdreieckpark, so one never has to walk far to see some nature in this city. We have loads of grocery shops surrounding us: Lidl & Aldi are 5 minutes away, Rewe and the BioCompany are roughly 10 minutes away and one easily reaches Bergmannstraße or Hauptstraße in 10 minutes as well. Buses are running right in front of the flat, and the next subway and s-bahn station (Yorckstraße) is a 10 minute walk away. You'll also be able to reach Schönberg and Tempelhoferfeld asap basically.

Wir sind alle gerne unterwegs und auch gerne zu Hause! Gerne mit offener Tür, aber auch eine geschlossene Tür ist mehr als okay. Es ist also alles recht entspannt. Du würdest mit Hanna, Elze und Annika zusammenwohnen. Hanna studiert hier in Berlin, näht super gerne und backt sehr viel, isst aber selbst gar nicht so gerne Süßes, weshalb wir alle immer ganz viel abbekommen:) Elze studiert Media Design, hat ein Faible für selbstgemachte Kerzen und ist immer für gemeinsames HomeOffice und einen Kaffee in der Küche zu haben. Annika studiert Politische Theorie, fotografiert gerne, kocht oft und hat uns dazu gebracht, anzufangen Real Housewives of Salt Lake Cities zu schauen.

Jede von uns macht also sehr so ihr Ding, aber wir treffen uns auch oft in der Küche zum quatschen und essen, basteln an der Wohnung herum oder unternehmen auch mal was zusammen. Aber wie gesagt, alles ganz zwanglos und selten geplant;)

Da Elze aus den Niederlanden kommt, sprechen wir wenn alle da sind, Englisch, deshalb wäre es cool, wenn das auch für dich okay wäre!


All of us love to be outside but equally love being at home whether with an open door or a closed one. You would be living with Hanna, Elze, and Annika. Hanna studies here in Berlin, is really into sewing and baking, however, doesn't necessarily enjoy sweet food, so there is loads for the rest of us. Elze is studying Media Design, loves to make and appreciate twisted candles, and is always up for a home office session and a coffee. Annika studies Political Theory, loves photography, cooks lots of food for everyone and forced us to collectively watch Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, which is why we are now all really into it.

We love to do our own things, but also often meet in the kitchen to eat together or talk, start random renovations in the flat or drink loads of cocktails together. But if you prefer to do your own thing, that's also totally fine.

We're also primarily speaking English together because Elze is from the Netherlands and the rest is German-speaking!
