The apartment is very serene, all windows face courtyards, and there is practically no noise except church bells and birds singing. The living room and my bedroom get loads of direct sunlight and the rest of the rooms(bathroom, your room, kitchen) are also very bright due to apartment being on the 4th floor.
I'm very intentional about creating an aesthetic and cohesive space which is why the apartment is not fully decorated just yet. More furniture, plants, and art coming soon, I promise! That being said, it is already beautiful, fully functional, and comfortable. The new additions to the room that are not in the photo are a desk, chair, and linen curtains. There is also a possibility to add a sofa if you like it and definitely some room for personal touches.
! Important info about price: 700Euro does NOT include monthly bills for electricity, water, and heating, and 150Euro is a rough estimate of these costs(I just moved in and don't have good data). Other costs, such as internet, waste disposal, etc. are included.

You will be sharing a flat with Eliza (and maybe a four-legged friend in the near future). I'm 28 queer somatic educator and therapist in training. I move my body frequently(dance, pilates, somatics) and try to spend my free time in nature, even if it's just a walk in one of Berlin's parks. As much as possible, I live slowly, cooking nourishing food and taking time to just breathe and notice whats in me and around me. Equally, as I'm pretty new to Berlin, I love exploring what this creative city and its people have to offer.
Looking for someone who wants this apartment to be a nourishing and restorative space as much as I do. That of course includes cleanliness and treating space with care, but also good, honest communication and treating each other with kindness.
