My name is Yoshiya.
Since I will go back to Japan, I’m looking for a long term renter (at least 6 months). The rent is warm.
The room is equipped with a closet, a desk with a chair, and a bed frame. And, there is wifi. So, you just need your duvet, and mattress. Also, the room has a balcony that is shared with another roommate. In the balcony, you can see nature. It is so beautiful!
And then, we share a kitchen, bathroom, and hallway.
The kitchen is furnished as well. Also, in the bathroom, there is a washing machine.
And, if you have a bicycle, you can park it in the basement.
The flat is a 2 minute walk from the nearest bus station.
And, it’s a 10 minute walk from Südende, and Attilastraße railway station.
That’s way, you can access anywhere easily.
Also, there are a Lidl, dm and so on nearby. It is very convenient. Furthermore, there are a river, and a few parks. So, you can enjoy feeling nature.
There are three roommates except me. They are friendly, helpful, and kind. We sometimes meet in the kitchen, and talk for some time. None of us can speak in German. Usually, we talk in English.
We take turns cleaning a bathroom, kitchen, and hallway every week.
Also, we contribute 5 euro per a month to buy common stuffs (toilet papers, a dishwashing liquid and so on).
You need to pay the rent, and deposit in cash.
No animals allowed.
