Hallo, während meiner Reise zum Jahresbeginn ab dem 11.01 bis zum 16.02.2023 möchte ich für max. 5 Wochen mein Zimmer untervermieten und meine Couch als Schlafmöglichkeit anbieten.
Das Zimmer ist schön, gemütlich und sehr hell.
Ich lasse sowohl all meine Möbel als auch meine Sachen währen meines Urlaubs im Zimmer, mache aber hier und da etwas Platz, vor allem am Schreibtisch und auf der Couch sowie ggf. weiteres je nach Absprache und was du so brauchst.
Ich wohne in einer internationalen 3er-WG mit zwei weiteren tollen Frauen. Wir teilen ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine Küche mit Herd, Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank. Der Flur ist relativ lang und bietet mit der kleinen Kammer auch bei Bedarf auch noch etwas Stauraum. Die Wohnung grenzt an einen schönen, ruhigen Hof, der Erholung und Spaziergangspausen einlädt. Zudem gibt es in der Nähe einen schönen Park, der noch mehr Raum, frische Luft und Natur bietet sowie das Ostkreuz mit zahlreichen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants.
Bei weiteren Fragen gern fragen oder einfach mal vorbei kommen!

Hello! During my holidays at the beginning of the new year, from 11.01 to 16.02.2023 I would like to let my room or better couch for somebody to stay for a maximum of 5 weeks. My room is very nice, cozy and green. The area of this flat is very close to the Berlin ring and really quiet. For my trip I will leave my room fully furnished with almost all of my belongings there, but I will create some space for you at my desk, of course my sleeping couch and maybe more if needed.
I live in a 3-flat-share with two other very nice women. Alltogether we share the bathroom with a bathtub and a common kitchen equipped with a stove, a fridge and a washing maschine. The corridor is long and offers more stocking space. The flat also offers a delightful backyard for walks and rest. There's also a bigger park next by for jogging and nature. Cafés, Bars und Restaurants are only 1 station by train at Ostkreuz (Ringbahn).
We are an international flat share and love to get in touch with all people from everywhere.

Die WG befindet sich im Lichtenberger Weitlingkiez, dessen Lage sehr ruhig ist und allmählich zu einer Region für junge Familien wird. Der S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz (S 5 und S7) ist in ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, der Lichtenberger S-und-U-Bahnhof ist ca. 12 Minuten entfernt und bietet Anschluss an die U5 sowie auch an Regionalbahnen.
In der Nähe, ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist ein Park mit Kleingartenanlage und weiteren größeren Parks gleich dahinter.
Das braucht es bei dem schönen Hinterhof allerdings gar nicht unbedingt, denn der bietet genauso Sonne, Schatten und Ruhe zur Erholung.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Weitlingstraße im Rewe oder am Lichtenberger Bahnhof im Edeka oder Rossmann.
This flat is close to S Nöldnerplatz and not that far from S+U-Lichtenberg.
Parks, groceries stores are very close by and also the amazing garden makes recovery possible! ;)
In der 3-Zimmer-WG wohnen wir zu dritt, Ilee und ich (Steffi) sind relativ ruhige und sehr offene Mitbewohner*innen.
Wir sind beide berufstätig, aber immer für Gespräche, Hilfe oder auch mal Grillen im Hof da. ;)
In this flat we lives Ilee who speakes English, Italian and Albanian an me, I do speak English and a little bit Indonesian / Malay language. We are quite relaxed and candid persons and both interested in humans from all over the world.
We are both working and sometimes more or less busy or sometimes traveling.
We will always be up to talks, whenever you will need help or for a barbeque in the yard.
Die Wohnung war ursprünglich mal eine Katzen-WG, kleinere Haustiere sind also erlaubt.
Für Katzen ist diese WG sogar noch teilweise ausgestattet und bietet zudem einen Hof für Freigänger.
