Hello Guys,
I would like to sublet my WG-Room in Lichtenberg to a female starting from 01.05.2024 till 12.05.2024. The room is furnished and around 24 m2. I won't empty my closet or room and I would expect from you to leave as you find it. Please be respectful and take care of my plants while I am away. No drugs and party at home, it is only 11 days, I am sure that is makeable :)
The location is super central and close to Lichtenberg S-U Bahn and to the Busses only one minute by walk. You find yourself in Ostkreuz in 5 Minutes where a lot of fancy cafes/restaurants and clubs are located. Perfect connection to everywhere!
The roommates are kind and cute. They keep shared areas clean which you must too. Every two weeks someone comes to clean baths, floors and kitchen. Thats why it is mostly clean.
It would cost you 300 Euro and 200 Euro as Kaution. I will transfer the money as far as I check the room if everything is ok.
