Das Zimmer befindet sich im vorderen Bereich der Wohnung und hat ca. 23qm. Es ist teil-möbliert mit einem Bücherregal, einer Schlafcouch, Sessel und Tisch sowie einem Kallax Regal (welches ich noch leer räume). Auf den Bildern ist noch ein Schreibtisch und Rollcontainer abgebildet, die ich aber raus nehme. Alles andere bleibt.
In der Wohnung gibt es außerdem eine große Wohnküche mit allem was man braucht, ein Bad mit großer Dusche und frei stehender Badewanne und eine Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine. Direkt von der Wohnung kommst du auf die Terrasse im Hinterhof.

The room is located in the front area of the apartment and has about 23sqm. It is partly furnished with a bookshelf, a sofa bed, an armchair and a table as well as a Kallax shelf (which I still empty). On the pictures you can see a desk and roll container, but I take them out. Everything else stays.
In the apartment there is also a large eat-in kitchen with everything you needs, a bathroom with large shower and free-standing bathtub and a storage room with washing machine. Directly from the apartment you can get to the terrace in the backyard.

Ich (49) suche eine:n unkomplizierte:n Mitbewohner:in mit einem großen Herz für Katzen!
Von Anfang Dezember 2023 bis Anfang März 2024 werde ich im Ausland sein und benötige jemanden, der in dieser Zeit auf Wohnung inkl. meiner Katze aufpasst. Katze ist mir vor 5 Jahren wortwörtlich durchs Fenster gesprungen und seit dem ein Teil meines Lebens. Leider wurde sie nach einem Jahr so verletzt, dass sie einen lahmen Schwanz hat. Dies hat leider Auswirkungen auf Ihren Klogang. Sprich es kann u. a. passieren, dass sie im Schlaf uriniert oder Probleme mit dem Stuhlgang hat.
Katze ist eine Freigängerin und kann über die Wohnküche nach draußen. Sie bekommt mindestens zwei Mal am Tag zum Fressen. Sie ist schon eine alte Dame mit mind. 12 Jahren (genaues Alter weiß ich nicht) und durch ihr Leben auf der "Straße" auch sehr eigen.
Damit ihr euch aneinander gewöhnen könnt, steht einem baldigen Einzug nichts im Weg :-).
Für die Zeit meiner Abwesenheit gebe ich einen Nachlass von 350 Euro auf die Miete von 750 Euro!

I (49) am looking for an uncomplicated roommate with a big heart for cats!
From the beginning of December 2023 until the beginning of March 2024 I will be abroad and need someone to look after my apartment including my cat during this time. Cat literally jumped through my window 5 years ago and has been a part of my life ever since. Unfortunately, after a year she was injured so that she has a lame tail. Since then she has problems to go to the toilet. It can happen that she urinates in her sleep or on the floor or has problems with bowel movements.
Cat is an outdoor cat and can go outside through the kitchen. She gets at least twice a day to eat. She is already an old lady with at least 12 years (exact age I do not know) and by her life on the "street" also very peculiar.
So that you can get used to each other, nothing stands in the way of a soon move :-).
For the time of my absence I give a discount of 350 euros on the rent of 750 euros!
