Wir, das sind Marius und Martha, suchen für unser WG-Zimmer eine:n Zwischenmieter:in, während wir nicht in Berlin sind.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 4 Zimmer und liegt in Lichtenberg direkt an der U5 Magdalenenstr. (direkt an Friedrichshain/Frankfurter Allee).
Das Zimmer ist ca 20m2 groß (schön ruhig zum Hinterhof)
Optional kann das Arbeitszimmer noch dazu gemietet werden; ca 26qm.
Unsere Reinigungskraft kommt alle 2 Wochen freitags für 3h vorbei. Der Preis dafür ist in der Miete enthalten.
Ein Vermietung an Paare ist möglich (wir würden die Nebenkosten dann auf 150€ erhöhen).

We, that's Marius and Martha, are looking for an interim tenant for our shared flat while we are not in Berlin.
The flat has a total of 4 rooms and is located in Lichtenberg directly at the U5 Magdalenenstr. (directly at Friedrichshain/Frankfurter Allee).
The room is about 20m2 (nice and quiet to the backyard).
Optionally, the work room can be rented as well (300€ extra)
Our cleaning lady comes every 2 weeks on Fridays for 3 hours; it's included in the rent.
Renting to couples is possible (we would then increase the service charges to 150€).

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 1 Minute von der U5 Magdalenenstr. und an der Grenze zu Friedrichshain. Die S/U-Bahn Station Frankfurter Allee sowie der S/U-Bahn Lichtenberg (kanpp 10 Minuten zu Fuss) ist nur eine Station entfernt, zum Alex braucht man ca 15 Minuten (zum Hbf nur 20 Minuten).
Im Haus nebenan ist ein Späti. Bioladen, Lidl, REWE und Aldi sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
The flat is about 1 minute from the U5 Magdalenenstr. and on the border to Friedrichshain. The S/U-Bahn station Frankfurter Allee as well as the S/U-Bahn Lichtenberg (about 10 minutes on foot) is only one stop away, to the Alex you need about 15 minutes (to the main station only 20 minutes).
There is a Späti in the building next door. Organic groceries, Lidl, REWE and Aldi are within 5 minutes.
Du würdest Dir die Wohnung mit Mysan teilen und evtl. dir erste Woche mit Kater Klaus, der während unserer Abwesenheit bei einem Katzensitter ist
Mysan ist berufstätig und arbeitet meist von mittags bis abends in einem Restaurant. Sie ist lieb, lustig und unkompliziert: einfach ein super sympathischer Mensch :)
Sie kommt aus Göteborg, Schweden und spricht kein Deutsch, dafür aber Englisch und Schwedisch.
Tagsüber ist es schön ruhig. Abends meistens auch. Es ist keine Party-WG.
You would share the flat with Mysan and the first week with Klaus the cat, who will stay at a friends place during our absence.
Mysan is a professional and usually works in a restaurant from midday to evening. She is sweet, funny and uncomplicated: simply a super likeable person :)
She comes from Gothenburg, Sweden and doesn't speak German, but she speaks English and Swedish.
It's nice and quiet during the day. In the evenings, too. Please, no party.
Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.
