bei mir wird ein sehr gemütliches, helles zimmer frei. das zimmer ist komplett eingerichtet mit einem bett, schreibtisch, kleiderschrank, sekretär etc.
wir sind ein 'erwachsener haushalt' und suchen eine passende mitbewohnerin mit wg-erfahrung, gemeinschaftssinn und verantwortungsbewusstsein.

die lage ist zentral und verkehrsgünstig, zwischen potsdamer- und nollendorfplatz:
3 u-bahnhöfe, div busse und nachtbusse sind alle in knapp 5 min zu fuss zu erreichen. unsere strasse ist dabei erfreulich ruhig.
2 parks findet ihr gleich um die ecke: den wunderschönen tiergarten und seit kurzem auch den neu angelegte park am gleisdreieck - komplett mit jeder menge sportmöglichkeiten und einem beach volleyball court. (...)

the flat is conveniently located between potsdamer platz and nollendorfplatz. the neighbourhood is thriving, with nice shops, cafes and bars in the neighbourhood, plus the lovely winterfeld-farmers market on wed & sat.
both, the historical tiergarten park and a brand new park @ gleisdreieck (complete with heaps of sports facilities) are a 10-min walk away, and if you are into arts: apart from the neue nationalgalerie (bugger, it's closed for a while), heaps more museums and places of interest in our area, there's also many smaller international galeries within walking distance.
public transport is close by:
u-bahn stations nollendorfplatz, kurfürstenstr, bülowstr, potsdamer platz are 5-10 min walk away, several bus lines and the main night busses all stop literally around the corner.
der umgang bei uns zu hause ist freundlich und unkompliziert.
grundsätzlich ist es eher ruhig, wir sind berufstätig und führen dementsprechend
keine party- sondern eine 'erwachsenen'-wg.
im juni erwarte ich besuch von einem freund aus den usa, dann werden wir zu dritt sein.
er ist sehr ruhig, viel unterwegs und ansonsten meist in seinem zimmer,
so dass es sicher in der wohnung nicht zu eng wird.

a friend from the us is coming over in june, so the party will be extended but no worries -
there is enough space and my friend is rather quiet and will spend most of his time out of the house or in his room.
* there will be a little social smoking in the kitchen at times - not in the other rooms though
* please apply only if you are willing to keep your room and the common areas tidy (we had some sad experiences in the past) and agree to follow a few household rules, which are basically about keeping the place tidy and making responsible use of energy and resources.

* sorry we can NOT do the 'anmeldung' (registration) for a short term arrangement
