Das Zimmer ist 10 Quadratmeter groß und möbliert. Das Zimmer ist mit einem 140*200 Bett, einem Schreibtisch, einem Kleiderschrank, eine smart TV und einem kleinen Regal ausgestattet. Das Zimmer hat auch Zugang zu einem gemeinsamen Balkon (gemeinsam mit 1 anderen Zimmer).
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit einem Induktionsherd, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank und einer Spülmaschine. Wir haben eine Waschmaschine + Trockner im Gemeinschaftsraum der Wohnung, die genutzt werden kann.

The room is 10 square meters in size and furnished. The room is furnished with a 140*200 bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a smart TV and small shelf. The room also has access to a shared balcony (shared with 1 other room)
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. We have a washing machine + dryer in the common room of the apartment, which can be used.
There are 2 shared bathrooms in the apartment.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Berlin Mitte in der Klara Franke Straße. Der Berliner Hauptbahnhof ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß und 4-5 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Es gibt mehrere Kneipen und Restaurants in der Nähe.

The apartment is located in Berlin Mitte in Klara Franke Straße. Berlin Hbf is 10 minutes by walk and 4-5 minutes by bus. The bus stop is 3 minutes by walk. There is a supermarket right opposite the apartment. There are several pubs and restaurants nearby.
Die Wohnung wird mit 4 anderen Personen geteilt. Die Mitbewohner kommen aus verschiedenen Ländern und sind entweder Studenten oder Berufstätige.
Alle sind ziemlich entspannt und freundlich. Es ist wichtig, die Sauberkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen und in den Zimmern zu erhalten.
Es gibt auch einen Reinigungsdienst, der jede Woche montags kommt.

Everyone is pretty relaxed and friendly. It is important to maintain the cleanniness in the common areas and in the room.
There is also a cleaning service that comes every week on Mondays.
