Hi everyone!
My room will be free for 3 months. (1rst Feb until 30th April).
+ 1 month optional (May: You will need to speak with the landloard afterwards).
It will be 715€ warm per month.
The room it's about 30m^2, with large windows overlooking a lively, yet tranquil shopping street in the center of Berlin (Alte Schönhauser Str.)
Anmeldung is possible if needed.
The room and apartment are equipped with everything you need: wardrobe, kitchen utensils, couch, tv, bed, dishwasher, spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower curtain, washing machine etc.
(no couples and no animals possible, sorry for that).
Our apartment is located in the absolute heart of Berlin, in Alte Schönhauser Str., just a few minutes walk from Hackescher Markt, Alexanderplatz, Rosenthaler Platz and Prenzlauer Berg.
The area is lively and very beautiful, but at the same time our street is nice and quiet during night time. You will find everything you need in terms of utilities in a very small radius (späti, supermarket, coffeehouse right in our building, etc.) and you are surrounded by some of Berlin's most beautiful boutiques and shops. We have 2 different u-bahn lines in a radius of 200m (U8, U2).
You will live with Sofia, she is an italian physiotherapist. She is a very quiet and nice person who prefers to have a calm atmosphere in the house - so we will prefer a person who sees the apartment as a "come down" place.
The building itself is very safe and quiet, so we would like you to respect this as well :)
We don't want party people in the apartment.
A caution of 715 Euros will be asked only as guarantee (you will need to ask landloard).
Normally it's 2 months of rent, but as it's a limited stay maybe it's possible to just pay him 1 month.
