Das Zimmer hat ca. 17 Quadratmeter und ist vollmöbliert inklusive Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Regal & Kleiderstange. Es ist ausgerichtet in eine gering befahrene Einbahnstraße und daher in der Nacht auch super ruhig. Das Fenster zeigt in Richtung Osten und lässt die Morgensonne in das Zimmer scheinen (ja ok, natürlich halt auch nur wenn die Morgensonne in Berlin mal ausnahmsweise scheint).
Zusätzlich haben wir ein 20m2 großes Wohnzimmer mit schönem Essbereich, gemütlichem Sofa und einem 60Zoll Fernsehen. Die Wohnung selbst hat ca. 70m2.
Ich werde meine gesamte Einrichtung für den Zeitraum im Zimmer lassen und diese kann natürlich gerne von dir benutzt werden. Highlights: höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch und ergonomischer Bürostuhl, diverse Zimmerpflanzen (die du hoffentlich schaffst am Leben zu erhalten).

The room is about 17 square meters and is fully furnished including a bed, sofa, desk, shelf & clothes rail. It faces a lightly trafficked one-way street and is therefore very quiet at night. The window faces east, letting the morning sun shine into the room (well, okay, of course, only when the morning sun does occasionally shine in Berlin).
In addition, we have a 20 square meter living room with a nice dining area, a cozy sofa, and a 60-inch television. The apartment itself is about 70 square meters.
I will leave all my furnishings in the room for the duration, and you are of course welcome to use them. Highlights: height-adjustable desk and ergonomic office chair, various houseplants (which you hopefully manage to keep alive).

Kaum eine Wohnung kann besser liegen & angebunden sein als diese.
Alexanderplatz, Rosa Luxemburg Platz (U2) & Weinmeisterstraße (U6) sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Um Lebensmittel zu besorgen gibt es auch einen (rießigen) REWE, BioCompany, dm, Rossmann, Edeka & Netto in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Falls Kleidung oder shopping generell zu deinen Hobbies gehört, findest du unzählige kleine Shops und interessante Klamottenläden (adidas, COS, Weekday, etc.) direkt in den Gassen rund um die Wohnung!

Hardly any apartment can be better located and connected than this.
Alexanderplatz, Rosa Luxemburg Platz (U2) & Weinmeisterstraße (U6) are just a few minutes' walk away. To get groceries, there is also a (huge) REWE, Edeka & Netto in the immediate vicinity.
If clothing or shopping is one of your hobbies, you will find countless small shops and interesting clothing stores (adidas, COS, Weekday, etc.) right in the alleys around the apartment!

Für den Zeitraum wohnst du gemeinsam mit Arne.
Arne ist 28 und arbeitet Data Analyst bei einer großen Solar-Firma. Er kommt ursprünglich aus Köln und hat direkt vor seiner Zeit in Berlin in Lissabon gelebt.
Arne spricht perfekt deutsch und englisch, ist super nett und aufgeschlossen und sie legt großen Wert darauf dass die WG nicht nur eine reine Zweckgemeinschaft ist!
Wir suchen eine/n temporäre Mitbewohner/in die Verantwortungsbewusst ist, eignen Freiraum wertschätzt und halbwegs gut mit Zimmerpflanzen umgehen kann. Gerne kann auch mal das eine oder andere Glas Wein oder Sekt gemeinsam fließen.
Falls du Lust darauf hast und der Zeitraum der Zwischenmiete zeitlich gut für dich passt, meld dich gerne bei uns!

For the duration, you will be living together with Arne.
Arne is 28 and works as a Data Analyst at a large solar company. He is originally from Cologne and lived in Lisbon just before his time in Berlin.
Arne speaks perfect German and English, is super nice and open-minded, and he places great importance on the fact that the flat share is not just a mere living arrangement of convenience!
We are looking for a temporary roommate who is responsible, appreciates their own space, and can handle houseplants reasonably well. It would also be nice to occasionally share a glass of wine or beer together.
If you are interested and the timeframe for the sublet suits you, feel free to contact us!

Miete für den gesamten Zeitraum (17.02 - 18.03) ist 600€ (inklusive allen Nebenkosten, Internet, etc.).
Zusätzlich benötige ich eine Kaution, die du selbstverständlich direkt nach dem Auszug zurück bekommst.
Wenn für dich nur ein kürzerer Zeitpunkt in Frage kommt, kannst du dich auch gerne melden.

The rent for the entire period (February 17th to March 18th) is €600 (including all additional costs, internet, etc.). Additionally, I require a security deposit, which you will, of course, get back immediately after moving out.
