I’m renting out one full furnished room in my appartment beginning from Februar until max. August. I speak English and German :)
The flat is located in moabit very close to sbhf westhafen and ubhf Turmstr. It’s very central.
We have a shopping mall here, lots of restaurants, bars and nice parks in the area.
The room is full furnished. Also everything already here you can use too.
In the flat there is a bath with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen with dryer, microwave, dishwasher and big fridge. The room is very bright and cozy. It’s located in moabit street side so it can become noisy. To be honest I always sleep with ear plugs! But if you are not sensitive you will feel very comfortable living in this area. There is also gym, or lots of activities you can do here.
I’m currently very focused on my work, so I’m leaving early, coming home quite late. When I come home I’m just relaxing and watching one or two serieses and on the weekends I’m going out to meet my friends or my family. I have a little chihuahua dog named Tiago, that I’m having on my weekends at home. He is the cutest dog every, never barking and likes to cuddle. He is 100% my responsibility but you should like dogs :)
So you will have lots of time by yourself. I’m looking to host a woman that is also calm and clean, no party crazy WG here ( I had this times and getting little too old to host parties or having a ton of people here at home ) of course I enjoy having a great vibe with my flatmates.
I’m happy to show you some hot spots, go out try restaurants or show you nice bars :)
If you are looking for a nice appartment, in a nice area with nice companion and also like to have a calm and cozy home we could be a perfect match.
