Big room in Nordbahnhof (Mitte) in a very green and quiet neighborhood.
I am looking for:
- someone between 28 & 35 yo.
- very clean and respectful.
- honest and responsible.
The room:
* You will be living most of the time alone ( I am only in Berlin, max 1,5 week per month)
* To start from end of August - beginning of September.
* room half furnished (the current flatmate might sell bed and desk)
* apartment fully furnished.
* price 700€ ( it got very expensive, x4 costs of electricity and gas, there was a couple living in the room + inflation, etc Once the costs go down, hopefully, it will be reflected in the rent as well)
* 1 month Kaution.
About me:
I am 31 years old and originally from Spain but I lived in Germany for 11 years. I am very clean and organize person, I want someone who feels at home and not in a wg, therefore for me is important to connect somehow. Since I am not gonna be there a lot, i want someone I can trust to take care of the apartment and treat it like hers.
I study International Relations and work in Sales. My interests are: cultre, history, politics and spend time outside, get cozy in winter, enjoy and move a lot in summer!
