Teilmöbliertes, sehr helles 20qm-Zimmer (3. Stock, Süden) in 2er WG in in saniertem Altbau in der Rosenthaler Vorstadt (nahe Arkonaplatz) für sieben Monate zur Untermiete zu vergeben (möglicherweise länger). Couch und Schaukelstuhl sind für umme zu haben, für das Bett hätte der Vormieter gerne 50 Euro plus 50 Euro für die recht neue Matratze. (Falls das Bett nicht gewünscht wird, würde der Vormieter es noch verkaufen.)
Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Gasherd) und ein Bad inkl. Waschmaschine sowie einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Gästecouch und einem Kinderbett, der auch zum Wäschetrocknen verwendet werden kann.
Nachteil: Das Zimmer grenzt an die Küche an, d.h. Geräusche aus der Küche sind mitunter zu hören. Bitte auch den Hinweis unter "WG-Leben" beachten!

Freshly renovated, partly furnished and very bright room (3rd floor facing south) with 20qm for rent in Rosenthaler Vorstadt (near Arkonaplatz) for rent for seven months (potentially longer). Couch and rocking chair are for free, for the bed the previous tenant would like to get 50 Euro plus 50 Euro for the rather new mattress. (If you don't want both, the previous tenant would try to sell them.)
There is a fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, microwave, gas stove) and a bathroom with washing machine. In addition, there is a small commons room with a kid's bed and a spare bed that can be used for drying clothes.
Downside: The room is next to the kitchen, so there can be sounds from the kitchen. Also read the note in section "WG-Leben"!
Ruhige Wohngegend in der Rosenthaler Vorstadt, Mauerpark/Kastanienallee jeweils ca. 5min entfernt.
Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (Tram M10 und U8 um die Ecke; S1, S2 12min entfernt).

Ich bin wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Botanischen Museum und an zwei Tagen der Woche im Home-Office.. Abends manchmal unterwegs, manchmal zuhause - und da durchaus auch mal auf nen Wein zu haben, manchmal aber auch fertig mit der Welt und zurückgezogen. Wenn's passt, jederzeit für Live-Konzerte und musikalische Neuentdeckungen zu haben.
Kein WG-Kommunismus, also i.d.R. keine gemeinsame Nahrungsbeschaffung.
WICHTIG: An den Wochenenden ist üblicherweise ein fünfjähriges Kind für einen oder zwei Tage zu Besuch. Es kann dann also durchaus etwas trubeliger werden, auch in der Küche! Es hat sich in der Vergangenheit rausgestellt, dass sich das Zimmer deshalb bestens für Pendler eignet, die an den Wochenenden teilweise nach Hause fahren.

Basically, everyone buys food on their own.
IMPORTANT: During weekends, there is often a five year old kid around, so it sometimes can get turbulent in the flat, especially in the kitchen. It turned out that the room is bet suited for commuters that some of the weekends are traveling home.
Nichtraucher-WG, d.h. Rauchen ist nicht gestattet. Fahrradstellplätze mit Bügeln sind im Innenhof vorhanden.
Bitte schreibe in deiner Nachricht ein wenig über dich - was du machst (oder bisher gemacht hast), wie du dir das WG-Leben vorstellst usw.
Non-Smoking flat. Bikes can be locked properly in the inner courty yard. Please tell me a bit about you in your message - where you're from, what you plan to do in Berlin and what life in the WG would look like for you.
