ich untermiete hier zwei grosse Zimmer (450 Euro pro Zimmer für die Zeit der berliner Osterferien- 21.03-07.04). Die Zimmer können auch separat untermietet werden.
Die Wohnung (86m2) ist zentral gelegen zum Brandenburger Tor sind es 10 min. mit dem Fahrrad, zum Tiergarten 2 min. Zu Fuss braucht man 5 min. zu der U-Bahn am Nollendorferplatz, Kurfürstenstr.3min, zum Potsdamerplatz sind es ca. 10 min.
Die Miete/pro Zimmer ist alles inclusive Internet, Strom, etc.
Alles ist da, voll möbliert, WC und Badezimmer separat, sehr ruhig, Fenstern zum Hinterhof.
