The 24 square meter room shown on the pictures is available fully furnished (bed, table, chair, desktop lamp, closet, shelves). Water, electricity, and wireless are all included in the total rent.
The flat is huge and has a big eat-in kitchen with space for cooking together. Plates, cups, pots etc. are all there.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a toilett.
The flat is on the ground floor and it is very light flooded and beautiful.

The location of the flat is a dream-come-true.
U Voltastraße (U8) is reachable in about 3 minutes, The Bus 247 and the N8 are around 2 minutes away.
The Lidl is literally right at the next corner and both the Mauerpark and the Humboldthain are just are within a stone's throw away (less than 500 meters each!).
On Brunnenstr. just around the corner there is everything from cafes to food and little stores.
At the end of the Brunnenstr., you can see the Fernsehturm of Alexanderplatz towering in the skyline.
If you go north, the Gesundbrunnen center offers all imaginable shopping possibilities.
If you go south, the Rosenthaler Platz and young people's city center is just two subway stations away with all its possibilities for restaurants, bars and nightlife.
Going further south, you can visit all the beautful sights of Berlin Mitte.

We are currently looking for one person to join our share-housing community :)
There is a very nice eat-in kitchen with enough space for everyone to chat and cook together.
Moreover, there is a garden in the back of the apartment which allows for nice barbeque activities with the other flat mates.
Also, the flat is perfect for people who like sports:
Many young people are going running between Mauerpark and Humboldthain; there is an open-air swimming pool in the Humboldthain park (Sommerbad Humboldthain); there also is a gym in the basement - I am not sure yet who it belongs to, but maybe it is possible to work out there. If not, a fitness gym (McFit) can be found 200 m north at Gesundbrunnen center.
