I'm subletting my very very large furnished room (at least 25sqm, never actually measured) in a 2 room WG for just under 3 weeks (Feb 3-24th) while I go back to Canada! The dates are negotiable (it is possible to stay 1-2 days longer if necessary). Deposit is 200 euros.
The rent is 410 *warm* and includes heating and all utilities for the 3 weeks. Anmeldung is not possible.
Location: Mitte, near U Oranienburger Tor. Connections: U6, 12, M1, M10, M5, M8.
There are lots of bars nearby, albeit maybe a bit expensive! But you are super well connected with the U6, and only about a 7 minute walk to the sbahn at Oranienburger Str or Nordbahnhof.
Most important thing to me is finding someone who gets along with my charming, hilarious, and kind Italian flatmate. So if you're interested but wouldn't need it for the entire duration, please still reach out 🙂
It isn't "communal" living, but we share basic things like laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc.
