I'm subletting my beautiful room from 2nd October till 20th November. Exact dates negotiable, but the minimal sublet period is 1 month.
The room is square-shaped, large and cozy and offers particular advantages. First, it has three windows on two sides, so it is unusually luminous and airy, although it never receives the sunlight directly. Secondly, the windows open on the back yard, so the room is especially quiet. Thirdly, it has a small balcony big enough to sit outside and enjoy a drink, or even work on a small garden table. Finally, with a separate access to the (shared) bathroom and being a bit removed from the rest of the flat, the room will guarantee your privacy.
All furniture visible on photos (wardrobe, double bed, desk, desk chair, armchair, bookstand, two lamps and two bed tables) stay in the room for the subletting period. All you need to do is to move in and enjoy Berlin.
The location is truly fantastic, only a few minutes away from the Museum Insel, the river Spree and Friedrichstraße. Our building is surrounded by art galleries, cafes, bars and restaurants; but also lies on a quiet and stylish spot, which make it ideal for studying and relaxing.
This part of Linienstraße is very well-connected: a few minutes walk away from Oranienburger Tor (U-Bahn, Tram), Oranienburger Straße (S-Bahn, Tram); Friedrichstraße train station is only a few more minutes away.
For the subletting period, you'll share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet with two other tenants, aged 20-27, who study and work in Berlin. We speak German and English.
The renting period is negotiable, but one month is the minimum!
The rent (790 EUR/month or 26 EUR/day) covers everything, including all bills and WiFi.
