-Wie ist unsere Wohnung / Deine zukünftige Wohnung?
Es ist eine 100 m² Wohnung in einem Neubau. Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Aufzug, zwei überdachte Fahrradabstellplätze und einen Außenbereich. Es hat auch einen fantastischen Garten und einen Keller, in dem wir einige unserer Sachen aufbewahren.
In der Wohnung gibt es zwei Toiletten (eines mit Badewanne und Dusche, das andere ohne Badewanne), ein Wohnzimmer, zwei Balkone und eine Küche. Wir haben eine Waschmaschine mit Trockenfunktion und einen Geschirrspüler.
Dein Zimmer wäre ungefähr 10 m² groß.
-Wo ist es?
Es liegt an der Grenze zwischen Mitte und Kreuzberg. Die nächsten U-Bahnstationen sind Heinrich-Heine-Straße und Moritzplatz. Innerhalb von zwei Minuten zu Fuß finden Sie Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Edeka, ALDI, LIDL und einige Bio-Optionen). Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichst Du den Alexanderplatz in 10 Minuten. Zum Oranienplatz benötigst Du nur 5 Gehminuten.
- Mit wem würdest du leben?
Dieter (65) und Gabriel (28). Dieter ist ein echter Berliner und Gabriel kommt aus Barcelona. Wir haben ein gutes Verhältnis und unterhalten uns viel. Wir würden sicherlich auch mal Bier trinken, aber es ist auch wichtig zu verstehen, dass dies keine Party-WG ist. Wir verbringen beide durch Home Office viele Stunden zu Hause und schätzen die Ruhe tagsüber. Bitte sagt "Moin" damit wir wissen dass du den Text gelesen hast.

-How is our place / your future apartment?
It is a 100 m² apartment in a neubau bulding. The building has elevator, two indoor bike parkings and one outdoor. It also has an amazing garden and a basement where we keep some of our belongings.
In the apartment there are two toilets ( one with bath, the other without it), a living room, two balcons and one Kitchen. We have a washing machine with drying funtion and a dishwasher.
Your room would be aproximadely 10m2 and its furnished. You can of course bring your own furniture.
-Where is it?
Its located in the border between Mitte and Kreuzberg. Its closest U-bahn station is Heinrich Heine and Moritzplatz. Within a two minuts walk you can find groceries shops ( edeka and some bio options). With public transport you can reach alexanderplatz in 10 minutes .To reach Oranienplatzt you just need a 5 minutes walk.
-Who would you be living with?
Dieter (65) and Gabriel (28). Dieter is an authentic berliner and Gabriel comes from Barcelona. We do have a good relation and use to talk a lot. We would be for sure up to drinking beer sometimes but it is also important to understand that this is not a party WG. We both spend a lot of hours at home due to Home Office and value the calm during the day.
