Fully furnished, quiet room to the backyard!
Far enough from noisy MAUERPARK to be able to sleep perfectly well
Highlights are definitely the spacious living room, the amazing shower and bathtub, the perfect location and the clean household!
The living room is ~30sqm, my room is 15 sqm
Queensize bed, big window, fan, little desk, and a drawer. Also plenty of hangers and two cupboards.
It's perfectly compact and actually got everything you need to get comfortable :)
The room is facing towards the BACKYARD - so it is a generally QUIET room.

The location is pretty much AMAZING.
Very well located and everything is reached in 30 min public transport.
2 parks very close by, sunday markets, bars, restaurant, sport facilities, even clubs.
I have a PDF document with details of the location and all kinds of questions and problems you might have.
Obviously you can ask my flatmates as well!

The location is pretty well connected and centered for Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. The room is sufficiently equipped but the actual highlight of the flat is the amazing bath and living room. Just recently we added a flat screen to the living room (I am sure Vero will be happy to share her Netflix account :) ).
Chris is in his 30s, very fun, very positive man. He will most likely be happy if you ask him to play some table tennis or other sporty activities with you. Every other evening you can find him in his room or by the living room window hanging out having some deep conversation on the phone, with someone or one of us from the flat or just enjoying his time. During the day he is working, often on the phone but you can only hear some vague mumbling when you're right by his door in the hallway.
Also Vero lives in this flat. She is a very funny and smart woman who is an expert in Berlin culture, plants and an avid tft player. After work, if she is not hanging out with friends, you can find her in the living room or her own room watching a series or having some wine - or coming back from the gym.
All in all we are a calm and adult flat share - we highly value cleanliness.
