The furniture is newly bought and consists of 160X200 queen size bed, a small wardrobe and a small desk with an optional extra monitor for your use (if you need it for your work or study)

Ihr Zimmer ist das größere der beiden Schlafzimmer, Sie haben Zugang zu Ihrem eigenen Bad und einer gemeinsamen Küche und einem Wohnzimmer. Ihr Zimmer blickt auf den Hinterhof, der sehr ruhig ist.
Die Möbel sind neu gekauft und bestehen aus einem 160X200 großen Bett, einem kleinen Kleiderschrank und einem kleinen Schreibtisch mit einem optionalen zusätzlichen Monitor (falls Sie diesen für Ihre Arbeit oder Ihr Studium benötigen).

The apartment is located in the middle of district of Mitte, the closest station is S-bahn Hackeshermarkt, which is 2 stations away from hauptbahnhof. Alexanderplatz is one station away.
Other close stations are WeinmeisterStrasse (U8) and many trams as well.
The location is in the middle of Mitte, so you're surrounded with hundreds of brunch places, lunch and dinner restaurants, many many speciality coffee and tea shops, bakeries and so on.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Bezirk Mitte, die nächste Station ist die S-Bahn-Station Hackeshermarkt, die 2 Stationen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist. Der Alexanderplatz ist eine Station entfernt.
Weitere nahegelegene Stationen sind die WeinmeisterStraße (U8) und viele Straßenbahnen.
Das Hotel liegt mitten in Mitte, so dass Sie von Hunderten von Brunch-Lokalen, Restaurants zum Mittag- und Abendessen, vielen Kaffee- und Teespezialitätenläden, Bäckereien usw. umgeben sind.
I will be your flatmate for the period that you will be staying in here. I am a 33 year old Engineer, most of my day is spent working (from home) going to the gym and hanging out with other friends.
I am usually a quiet person, but I also enjoy casual conversations and hopefully giving good advice for anything Berlin :)
There are no parties allowed in the apartment, but of course having a friend or two over is always okay.

Ich werde Ihr Mitbewohner für die Zeit sein, in der Sie hier wohnen werden. Ich bin ein 33-jähriger Ingenieur und verbringe die meiste Zeit meines Tages damit, zu arbeiten (von zu Hause aus), ins Fitnessstudio zu gehen und mich mit anderen Freunden zu treffen.
Ich bin normalerweise eine ruhige Person, aber ich genieße auch lockere Gespräche und gebe hoffentlich gute Ratschläge für alles, was Berlin betrifft :)
In der Wohnung sind keine Partys erlaubt, aber ein oder zwei Freunde zu Besuch zu haben, ist natürlich immer in Ordnung.
There are no specific house rules, except no smoking and no parties in the flat.
The apartment is available for few weeks or few months at the time (no more than 6 months). unfortunately there is no registration possible.

Es gibt keine besonderen Hausregeln, außer dass nicht geraucht und keine Partys in der Wohnung gefeiert werden dürfen.
Die Wohnung ist jeweils für einige Wochen oder Monate verfügbar (nicht länger als 6 Monate). Leider ist keine Anmeldung möglich.
