My name is Derya. I'm an art director, dreamer, and, most importantly, a person who loves to laugh. Due to my work, I have to relocate to Dusseldorf that's why, I am currently looking for someone who can rent out my room, which I've designed down to every detail based on my enthusiasm.

Our accommodation on the 3rd floor includes a super modern, beautiful kitchen with plenty of space and a living room area. It's a modern shared flat. There's also a spacious terrace with a marvelous view of the Berlin TV Tower. The flat is located in one of the most famous regions of Berlin, and the area is surrounded by various restaurants, cafes, and pubs! Rent includes all utilities. Our apartment is situated between Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz (U2) and Rosenthaler Platz (U8), and the big advantage is that it's also directly near the tram!
*Important: This is a shared flat!*
- No parties; We are looking for a considerate, calm, and tidy person with a regular daily routine.
- I am flexible with extending the duration of your stay in my room.

Our flat is located in the most famous area of Berlin which is surrounded by many restaurants, pubs, and entertainment points! Public transportation is peace of cake. Near the U2, U8, and tram. Transportation is quite basic and simple. The region is always lively :)
We are looking for someone who has a daily routine, is clean, and know responsible for having a flatmate.
