We are offering a large room in our 4-bedroom flatshare in the heart of Moabit. The apartment is a duplex that has two floors, with a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and a full bathroom on the first floor, and 1 bedroom, living room, balcony, and bathroom on the top floor. There is plenty of room for a couple, and the room is equipped with a bed, couch, two desks, and a large wardrobe.
The windows face eastwards so you will have lots of light in the morning and throughout the day.
The flat is located on the 4th floor without an elevator - sorry :( - so you'll definitely get those steps in!
The flat is located a 2-3 minute walk from U Birkenstrasse and is a 8-10 minute walk to S Westhafen. There is a huge Edeka Centre 5 minutes away, and there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The area is generally pretty nice and quiet, and you can walk to the Spree and into Tiergarten park within 30-minutes by foot.
Leon - The OG & WG hippie. Leon has lived in this WG the longest, and is a big fan of home cooking and sharing his creations with the rest of the WG.
Shaffer - The oldest in the WG and a renaissance man. Most of the time you'll find him coding and doing computer simulations in his bedroom, but he still likes to party and share a WG meal together.
Vic & Maegan - The couple that usually organises the parties and the wine tastings in the WG. Maegan likes to make jewelry and handpoke tattoos, and Vic likes to wear the jewelry and handpoked tattoos she makes.
As we are an international WG and use English to communicate, it's important that you can also speak English at a basic level.
We are ideally looking for couple as the room is quite large and would be expensive for one person only.
