Hello there!
We are looking for a short-term subtenant(s) for one of the rooms in our flatshare.
The room is available from 28.10 until 30.11. It's 12sqm and fully furnished.
The flat is in Bochumer Str in Moabit, in a quite courtyard building's sunny top two floors. There is no elevator and there's a lot of stairs – a perfect excuse not to go to gym if you are looking for one!
Our 130sqm place is not a usual thing: all bedrooms are quite small for the price, but we have a lot of public / work-from-home / leisure space: huge living kitchen, terrace and a cinema room that turns into a guest-room sometimes.
We do a lot together: cook, host dinners and occasional poker evenings, talk both: serious topics and serious nonsense, watch movies, do cultural things, go out and otherwise engage with life in Berlin where all of us have been for quite a while.
You are welcome to join all of that, but if you prefer to have your own thing – that's absolutely cool with us.
Right now we are:
Sveta, 33 – Product designer
Mari, 30 – Neuroscientist
Josip, 35 – Landscape architect (my room will be free)
For the whole period it costs: 715 € all-incl.

Hallo zusammen.
Wir suchen einen kurzfristigen Untermieter/in(en) für eines Zimmer in unserer WG.
Das Zimmer steht vom 28.10. bis 30.11. zur Verfügung. Es ist 12qm groß und komplett möbliert.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Bochumer Str. in Moabit, in den sonnigen oberen zwei Etagen eines ruhigen Innenhofhauses. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, aber viele Treppen - eine perfekte Ausrede, um nicht ins Fitnessstudio zu gehen!
Unsere 130qm große Wohnung ist nicht ganz normal: alle Schlafzimmer sind für den Preis etwas klein, dafür haben wir viel Gemeinschafts-/Arbeits-/Freizeitraum: eine große Wohnküche, eine Terrasse und einen Kinoraum, der manchmal zum Gästezimmer wird.
Wir unternehmen viel zusammen: wir kochen, veranstalten Abendessen und gelegentliche Pokerabende, reden über beides: ernste Themen und ernsten Unsinn, sehen uns Filme an, unternehmen kulturelle Dinge, gehen aus und nehmen auch sonst am Leben in Berlin teil, wo wir alle schon eine ganze Weile leben.
Du bist herzlich eingeladen, dich all dem anzuschließen, aber wenn du es vorziehst, dein eigenes Ding zu machen - das ist für uns absolut in Ordnung.
Im Moment sind wir:

Josip, 35 – Landschaftsarchitekt (mein Zimmer ist noch frei)
Für den gesamten Zeitraum kostet es: 715 € alles inklusive.
