I am German but I hope English is fine for everyone :)
Room available in Moabit (Jagowstrasse) from 1st of January 2024 for 2 months for now. I myself am looking for another flat with a friend, depending on how long it takes for us to find something, the period could be extended or you could even take over the flat after I move out.
It’s a three room apartment, two big rooms, one of them potentially yours (around 20sqm) :) the third room is quite small and serves mostly as storage, laundry room and a a small sleeping couch for guests. My room has a balcony, too.
The flat is on the third floor in the back house and is pretty quiet.
The flat is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The bed in your room is 180cm.
Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible.
A bit about myself: I am 27, just returned from studying a masters in Strategic Design & Entrepreneurship in Copenhagen and am now on the hunt for a job. I am not from Berlin originally but lived here during my Bachelors (Gesellschafts- and Wirtschaftskommunikation at UdK) already. I enjoy being active, running, sauna, reading, thrifting and going out sometimes :)
I value a quiet, cozy and clean home and appreciate if you do too.
