Der Raum hat ein grosses Bett, Schrank, Spiegel und eine Home-Office-Station mit einem Schreibtisch, einem bequemen Bürostuhl ,einem Monitor, und seiner schnellen Internetverbindung (1000mbps) um effizient arbeiten zu können. Falls du zum Remote arbeiten/ lernen kommst, ist das Zimmer top ausgestattet dafür.
Dazu kannst du die Kueche mitbenutzen, welche u.a. mit einer Spuehlmaschine, Waschmaschine und einer Kaffemascine ausgestattet ist. Im Bad befindet sich eine Badweanne mit Duschfunktion.

The room is very nice and has everything you need. Big bed, closet, mirror, and a home office station with a desk, a comfortable office chair, a monitor, and a fast internet connection (1000mbps) to work efficiently. If you come to work/study remotely, the room is perfectly equipped for that.
You can also use the kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and a coffee machine. In the bathroom, there is a bathtub with a shower function.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im inneren Stadtring, im beliebten Stadtteil Moabit. Innerhalb von 3 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man den nächsten Aldi und die Bushaltestelle. Die U7 und die Ringbahn sind zu Fuß innerhalb von 12 Minuten erreichbar (man kann auch den Bus nehmen). Aufgrund der zentralen Lage von Moabit ist man auch mit dem Fahrrad schnell überall zb bis Zoologischer Garten 10 minuten oder bis Potsdamer Platz 20 minuten. Im Innenhof des Gebäudes gibt es Fahrradstellplätze.

The apartment is located within the inner city ring, in the popular neighborhood of Moabit. Within a 3-minute walk, you can reach the nearest Aldi supermarket and bus stop. The U7 subway line and the Ringbahn can be reached within a 12-minute walk (you can also take the bus). Due to Moabit's central location, you can quickly reach anywhere by bicycle as well with little as 10 minutes to Zeologischen Garten or 20 minutes to Potsdamer Platz. There are bicycle parking spaces in the inner courtyard of the building.
Adrian bleibt in der Wohnung. Der arbeitet als Entwickler und geht 3 mal der Woche zum Coworking ansonten arbeitet er von zuhause. Wir hoffen, jemanden zu finden, der ebenfalls berufliche Verpflichtungen hat, damit unsere Zeitpläne übereinstimmen. Wir legen Wert auf harmonisches Zusammenleben und wären offen dafür, gelegentlich gemeinsam zu kochen oder etwas zusammen zu unternehmen, aber es ist kein Muss

Adrian stays in the apartment. He works as a developer and goes to coworking three times a week, otherwise he works from home. We hope to find someone who also has professional commitments so that our schedules align. We value harmonious living together and would be open to occasionally cooking together or doing something together, but it's not a must.
Aufgrund der kurzen Vorankündigung können wir heute/morgen FaceTime oder Zoom nutzen um alles weiteres zu besprechen.
