Das Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss, ist zum ruhigen Hinterhof ausgerichtet und verfügt über ein Bett, einen Schrank und einen Tisch und Stuhl, sowie ein Sofa.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral im lebendigen Moabit gelegen, ca. 5 Minuten von U-Bahn und Tram, sowie 10 Minuten von S-Bahn entfernt. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, ein zusätzliches Bad mit Toilette, eine Küche und ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon zur Birkenstraße hin.
Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.
Ihr könnt euch die Wohnung gerne bei Bedarf anschauen um zu sehen, ob ihr euch hier wohlfühlen würdet. :-)
