Wir wohnen im 4. OG im Vorderhaus, was die Wohnung sehr hell macht!
Die Wohnung ist 84qm groß, mit einer geräumigen Küche + Abstellkammer und 3 großen Zimmern. Da das Haus ein Altbau ist, hat die Wohnung hohe Wände, Dielen oder Fischgrätenparkett und jeweils einen alten Kachelofen in den Wohnräumen.
Zu vermieten ist jetzt das Zimmer mit Balkon, welches wir sonst als Wohnzimmer nutzen. Eine große, gemütliche Schlafcouch und eine geräumige Kommode, sowie ein (Schreib-) Tisch befinden sich im Zimmer. Den Balkon nutzten wir, bei guten Wetter, gerne alle mit. :)
Die Stromstraße ist keine ruhige Straße, die Fenster sind aber sehr gut isoliert, sodass man kein Straßenlärm hört.

We live on the 4th floor in the front-facing house, which makes the flat very bright.
Our flat is 84m^2 with a big kitchen + pantry and a 3 big bedrooms. The house is an older, typically Berlin building with high ceilings, wooden floors and old tiled stoves in each room.
The room that we rent out now is usually used as a living room. A large and comfy sleeper couch, a dresser and a desk are in the room. There is a balcony attached to the room and, if the weather allows it, it gets used by everyone in the flat. :)
The Stromstraße is not a quiet street but the windows are isolated very well so no noise gets through!

Unsere Wohnung liegt im schönen Moabit. Man braucht max. 5Min zu den nächsten S/U-Bahn Stationen (Birkenstraße/Turmstraße/Westhafen). Die Turmstraße mit vielen Einkausmögichkeiten liegt direkt um die Ecke. Im Moabogen (Stromstr. Ecke Birkenstr.) ist ein riesen Edeka Center.
Die Birkenstraße bietet schöne Cafes und Bars. Die Stromstraße führt direkt zur Spree, und der
Tiergarten ist auch innerhalb 7min mit dem Fahrrad zu Erreichen.
Mit der U9 ist man super schnell am Zoo. Der TXL-Bus fährt in der Turmstr., mit ihm ist man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.

The flat is located in Moabit. It takes you about 5 min to get to the next S/U-Bahn station (Birkenstr./Turmstraße/Westhafen)
The Turmstraße with many shopping opportunities is just around the corner.
A big supermarket (Edeka Center) is located in the Moabogen, which is only 3min by foot.
You can find a lot of cafes and restaurants in Birkenstraße.
If you walk up the Stromstraße it'll take you to the river Spree and the Tiergarten.
The U9 takes you to the Zoo quickly and the Bus to the Airport and the main trainstation is very close as well (Turmstraße).

Mit mir zusammen wohnt meine gute Freundin Ayana Wir sind beide Studierende an der FU.
Wir machen viel zusammen; wir kochen gerne zusammen, trinken Wein oder verbringen Zeit auf unserem Balkon ;)
Ich bin vegan und Ayana isst auch viel vegan. Jeder Mensch mit jedem Essverhalten ist bei uns willkommen, nur beim gemeinsamen Kochen müssten wir wohl ein paar Kompromisse machen (jegliche tierischen Produkte werden seperat zubereiten/gekocht).

I'm living together with Ayana, my good friend. We are both studying at the FU (Free Uni Berlin)
We do a lot together; we like to cook, drink wine or spend time on our cosy balcony :)
I'm vegan and Ayana eats mostly vegan as well. Anyone with any diet is welcomed in our place and only when cooking together we might have to make compromises (any animal products need to be prepared and cooked seperately)
