beautiful& bright room Schillerkiez/Tempelhofer Feld

Die Wohnung liegt am Tempelhofer Feld im schönen Schillerkiez. Es ist ein sehr schöner, ruhiger Teil von Neukölln. Es ist alles sehr grün, für Berlin hat der Schillerkiez einen entspannten fast "dörflichen" Charakter. Die Hasenheide ist auch vor der Tür.
Anbindung an die Öffis ist sehr gut. Die U-Bahn Stationen Boddinstr. und Leinestr. sind in ca. 5 min zu erreichen und es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die S-Bahn Hermannstr. ist ungefähr 15 min entfernt

The flat is situated at Tempelhofer Feld in the area of Schillerkiez. It's a quite beautiful relaxed part of Neukölln and it's very green all around. The park Hasenheide is right there aswell.
You can get to the public transport in 5 min. U-Bahn Boddinstr./Leinestr. would be the closest. S-Bahn Hermannstr. is about 15 min away.
There is lots of possibility to shop for groceries or go out to a restaurant.

Ich suche nach einer netten Mitbewohnerin für ein schönes Zimmer im Schillerkiez am Tempelhofer Feld.
Es wäre erstmal nur für 3 Monate mit der Aussicht auf Verlängerung.
Ich schreibe z.Z. an meiner Abschlussarbeit und arbeite nebenbei an der Uni.
Mein Leben ist eher ruhig und ich suche auch jemanden ruhiges und entspanntes.
Ich bin nicht wirklich interessiert an einer reinen Zweck-WG, ich habe mein eigenes Leben, aber zum Zusammenwohnen find ich es einfacher, wenn das Verhältnis irgendwie entspannt und rücksichtsvoll wäre. Man trifft sich ja schonmal in der Küche oder hat die Tür zum Zimmer offen stehen.
Die Wohnung ist klein, schön und mit allem ausgestattet. Ideal für 2 Personen, jedoch ist gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme sehr wichtig.
Ich habe zudem einen kleinen lieben Hund (hypoallergenes Fell - verliert also keine Haare). Du müsstest also tierlieb sein! Ich lege sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und würde das auch von Dir erwarten.
Ansonsten bitte kein Home-Office, keine Clubleichen, keine Zigaretten. Excess bitte draußen. 4/20 ok.
Ideal wäre eine Studentin, Praktikantin oder Berufstätige.

I’m looking for a quiet (female) room mate for my beautiful room in Schillerkiez right at Tempelhofer Feld.
The sublet would be firstly for 3 month. Possibly longer.
Right now I'm writing my End-Thesis and work on the side.
So I’m looking for somebody, who is quiet and relaxed. Maybe a student or somebody who works full-time would be ideal.
The flat is small and beautiful, ideal for 2 people, but all in all acting thoughtful towards each other is very important.
I do have a small dog (hypoallergenic fur, doesn’t loose hair). You should like dogs!
In generell I like it clean and I do expect the same of you.
Please no home office, no club kid, no cigarettes, no party, 4/20 ok.
