Ich biete Euch ein helles möbliertes Gästezimmer (23qm) in 88 qm Altbau-Zweiraumwohnung mit Bad (Badewanne), Küche. Die Wohnung ist hell, ruhig und weitläufig. Morgens scheint Sonne in das Gästezimmer und abends kann man den Sonnenuntergang in der Küche erleben, vorausgesetzt die Sonne scheint :)
Die Wohnung ist nur 200 Meter vom schönen, grossen Park: Hasenheide entfernt und 10 Min zum grossartigen Tempelhofer Feld.7 min zu U-Bahnstation Herrmannplatz oder U-Bahnstation: Boddingstrasse. Die S-Bahnstation Hermannstrasse (Ringbahn) erreicht man in 17 min.
Vor der Tür gibt es direkt einen Späti sowie eine Bäckerei und paar Gehminuten weiter gibts Supermarkt, Biomarkt und Drogerieladen.
Das helle Gäste-Zimmer ist möbliert mit 1,40m x 2m Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode. Bettzeug und Handtücher werden bereitgestellt. W-lan, Bügelleisen, Fön, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine stehen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG, Vorderhaus.
Ich werde die Tage tagsüber in der Wohnung am Schreibtische arbeiten und abends eher selten da sein. Somit wärest Du dann meist alleine in der Wohnung:)

I let our spare room (very bright, furnished, 23 sqm) in an 2-room-appartment in an 88 sqm typical historical Berlin building. The appartment includes a bathroom with bath tub and a kitchen.
The appartment is bright, quiet and spacious. The sun lightens the spare room in the mornings and in the evenings you can watch the sunset from the kitchen window (in case the sun is shining! :) ).
The appartment is located only 200meters away from Hasenheide which is a beautiful, large park and 10 minutes away from the amazing Tempelhofer F eld. It’s only 7 minutes to the Subway Stations: Hermannplatz (U7/U8) or Boddinstraße (U8). The S-Bahn transit Hermannstraße (Ringbahn) is about 17 minutes away.
There is a so called Späti (little kiosk which is open until late night) and a bakery directly in front of the building, a supermarket, a biomarket and a drugstore are in short walking distance.
The spare room is furnished: bed 1,40x2m, desk, dresser. We provide bedding, sheets and towels, and also Wifi, flat iron, hair dryer, dish washer, washing machine.
I will work at my desk in the apartment during the day and will rarely be there in the evenings. So you would mostly be alone in the apartment :)
The appartment is on the 4th floor, front building.

Hallo, wir sind ein Paar mitleren alters und suchen temorär einen berufstätigen Mitbewohner. Wir nutzen die Wohnung hauptsächlich zum Arbeiten und sind meißt nur von morgens bis Nachmittags da.
