Ich bin Karoline (42) und bei mir wird ist ein Zimmer frei. Ich vermiete das Zimmer erstmal für einige Monate , eine Verlängerung ist unter Umständen möglich.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 22qm gross, hell, liegt zum Hinterhof raus und befindet sich in einer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Neukölln.
Ich bewohne die anderen beiden Zimmer, da mein Schlafzimmer recht klein ist und ich einen zweiten Raum zum Arbeiten und Musizieren (Klavier und Geige) brauche. Die Küche ist groß genug, um dort auch mit ein paar Freunden zu sitzen!
Das Zimmer kostet 600€, allerdings verlangt die Hausverwaltung einen Untermietzuschlag von 20€/Monat. Also lägst du dann bei 620€.
Meine bisherige Mitbewohnerin und ich haben außerdem den Stromabschlag etwas erhöht (nochmal 10€ pro Nase/Monat), um Nachzahlungen zu vermeiden und ggf. Geld zurück zu bekommen.
Ich bin berufstätig, arbeite meist 3-4 tage die Woche von zu hause und bin abends häufig unterwegs, beim Sport oder Tanzen.
Die nächste U-Bahn-Haltestelle ist Rathaus Neukölln (U7) oder die Busse M41 und M43 (erkstrasse).

I am Karoline (42) and I have a room available. I am renting the room for a few months, an extension is possible under certain circumstances.
The room is about 22 square meters, bright, faces the backyard and is located in a 3-room apartment in Neukölln.
I live in the other two rooms because my bedroom is quite small and I need a second room to work and make music (piano and violin). The kitchen is big enough to sit in with a few friends!
The room costs 600€, but the property management charges a subletting surcharge of 20€/month. So you would end up with 620€.
My previous flatmate and I have also increased the electricity payment slightly (another €10 per month) to avoid additional payments and possibly get money back.
I am employed, usually work from home 3-4 days a week and am often out and about in the evenings, doing sports or dancing.
The nearest subway station is Rathaus Neukölln (U7) or the M41 and M43 buses (erkstrasse).
