Hi there,
I'm going out of town for 4 weeks to visit some family back in the US, so I am subletting my room for that time period. The room's on the smaller side but cozy. The window gets lots of light during the day, and the room is furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, clothing rack, and dresser. As far as price, it's 400 total for the 4 weeks, and then just a 100 deposit, which I will give back to you once I return and make sure everything's all good. And lastly, there is no anmeldung unfortunately because it is a short term sublet, but I can be a bit flexible with end dates. Let me know if you have questions :)
The flat is located right in the midst of Neukölln, specifically Rixdorf. We're right by lots of great bars, cafés, art galleries, and restaurants. We have lots of new places opening up recently, so it's a nice place to explore. But it's still quieter than some other parts of Neukölln. For grocery shopping, Lidl, Rewe and Netto are all very accessible. Finally, the building is about three minutes walking distance to the Ringbahn (S 41/S 42) at the Sonnenallee station. Also, the m41 bus is just down the street.
We are a flat of 4 international people. We like to have a peaceful place to come home to. We will chat and joke when we see each other in the kitchen or otherwise, but also know when to leave each other alone. It is all pretty chill and relaxed. With cleaning, we like to look after our common spaces. To clean up after ourselves and leave them as we found them.
Since I am leaving next week, it a bit of tight turnaround. So I'm looking to do viewings starting this weekend/early next week, so if this all sounds good to you, write me a little message. Say what you're doing in Berlin, describe how you are as a roommate - all the standard stuff, thanks :)
