Da ich im Zeitraum vom 12.07.2024 bis 28.07.2024 für eine kurze Zeit verreise, möchte ich mein großes, sonniges Zimmer in diesem Zeitraum untervermieten. Die Wohnung ist ein sanierter Altbau, möbliert mit 2 Zimmern, Küche und Badezimmer. Da es im 4. OG ist sie sehr hell und aus dem Zimmer hat man einen schönen Großstadt-Ausblick.
Die Miete in Höhe von warm 330 Euro ist für den gesamten Zeitraum! (dazu kommen noch 100 Euro Kaution).

Since I'll be traveling for a few weeks from July 12, 2024 to July 2028, 2024, I would like to sublet my large, sunny room during this period. The apartment is a renovated historical building, furnished with 2 rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Being on the 4th floor, it's very bright, and the room offers a lovely urban view.
The rent of 330 euros, including utilities, is for the entire duration! (excluding a 100 euro security deposit).
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Neukölln am Schillerkiez direkt eine Minute vom U-Bahnhof Leinestraße (U8) entfernt. Außerdem ist der S-Bahnhof Hermannstraße in 7 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
In unmittelbarer Nähe sind zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr nette Cafés und Restaurants. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist nur 7 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

The apartment is located in the heart of Neukölln, at Schillerkiez, just one minute away from Leinestraße subway station (U8). Additionally, Hermannstraße S-Bahn station can be reached within a 7-minute walk.
There are numerous shopping options and charming cafes and restaurants in close proximity. The Tempelhofer Feld is only a 7-minute walk away.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist sehr liebenswürdig und entspannt. Sie wird dir bei Fragen sehr gerne zur Verfügung stehen und kann ziemlich lecker kochen, wenn sie mal die Zeit dazu findet. :)
Am Wochenende gehen wir normalerweise gerne was trinken, mit Freunden essen und auch mal feiern. Gerne kochen wir auch mal gemeinsam und trinken den ein oder anderen Wein zusammen - wenn du aber lieber für dich sein willst, ist das auch kein Problem.

My roommate is very kind and laid-back. She will be more than happy to help you with any questions and can whip up some delicious dishes when she finds the time. :)
On weekends, we usually enjoy going out for drinks, dining with friends, and occasionally partying. We also like to cook together and share a glass of wine or two. However, if you prefer your own space, that's absolutely fine as well.
