Tierfreundliches WG-Zimmer in Neukölln

Das Zimmer liegt in Neukölln in der Nähe des Kanals. 4 Buse fahren vor der Haustür. Es sind jeweils 15min zu der Station Rathaus Neukölln der U7 und in die andere Richtung zur S-Bahnstation Treptower Park, was die Lage für Neukölln sehr ruhig macht. 3min vom Haus gibt es Netto und ein Edeka, in 7min gibt es ein Rewe und ein Norma, in 10min Real und Lidl - freie Auswahl. Spätis, Restaurants, Bars und alles weitere direkt um die Ecke. Für Hunde ist die Gegend super, Treptower park, Görlitzer Park und der Kanal machen die Umgebung recht grün.

The room is located in Neukölln near the canal. In front of the door are 4 bus lines. To the U7 station Rathaus Neukölln and in the other direction to the S-Bahn station Treptower Park S-Bahn it is each 15min, which makes the location very quiet for Neukölln. 3 minutes from the house there is a Netto and an Edeka, in 7 minutes there is a Rewe and a Norma, in 10 minutes Real and Lidl - free choice. Spätis, restaurants, bars and everything else is just around the corner. The area is great for dogs, Treptower Park, Görlitzer Park and the canal are making the surrounding quite green.

An dieser Stelle etwas zu mir, ich bin 27 habe meinen Bachelor in Architektur letztes Jahr abgeschlossen und arbeite momentan im Büro. Weil ich jetzt noch einen Master für Innenarchitektur anhänge, werde ich das nächste Jahr zwischen Wismar und Berlin pendeln und nur die Hälfte der Woche für den Bürojob in Berlin sein. Wenn es nach Wismar geht, würde ich gerne gelegentlich Miri zuhause lassen - deshalb die Hoffnung einen zweiten Vierbeiner für die Wohnung zu finden.
Ich habe eine Wurmphobie, deshalb kann ich den Müll nicht rausbringen. Finde putzen aber beruhigend ;). Ich schließe die Türen eigentlich nie hinter mir, ich quatsche immer gerne und lache ein bisschen zu laut. Ich bin in Berlin geboren, habe schon genug gefeiert und bin ziemlich eingespannt von Alltag. Eine gute Atmosphäre zuhause ist mir sehr wichtig, man sollte sich freuen wenn man nachhause kommt und und das Licht bereits an ist.

Some essentials about myself, last year I finished my bachelor in architecture and working since then in an office. Now I want to add a master's degree in interior design, therefore I will have to commute between Wismar and Berlin for the next year and will only be in Berlin half the week, to continue my office job. Occasionally I would like to leave Miri at home when I go to Wismar - hence the hope of finding a second four-legged friend for the apartment.
I have a worm phobia so I can't take out the trash. Though I find cleaning relaxing ;) as a basis Fontane work sharing. I never really close the doors behind me, I always like to chat and laugh a little too loud. I was born in Berlin, I've partied enough and am quite absorbed by everyday life. A good atmosphere at home is very important to me, if you come home and you happy that the lights are already on it’s a good sign.

Es gibt einen Keller, einen Fahrradkeller und es kann bei Bedarf ein Parkplatz dazu gemietet werden. Wir können eventuell auch eine online Besichtigung hinbekommen. Ich bin leider auch gleich die erste Septemberwoche verreist, den Einzug kann man sicherlich trotzdem organisiert bekommen.

There is a cellar and a bicycle cellar, a parking space can be rented if required. We may also be able to arrange an online tour of the flat. Unfortunately I am on holidays in the first week of September, but we will be able to organise the moving in anyways.
