From the first of February, we will have one room available again.
It is a non-furnished room available in a 3-WG apartment on the ground floor in the center of Neukölln. However if needed, partly furnished room could be organised.
The apartment is located on the main street, but it is on the inner side, so it's very quiet.
The kitchen is with washing machine, stove, and even a dishwasher! The apartment can be used from the first day since we have all the things needed! WiFi with fast internet is available!
no pets. non smokers. no drugs.

About me: Canadian living,37, and working in Germany since 10+years. I love to cook healthy, non smoker, and love sports.
I'm very often on the road because of work, so this 3er WG is actually for 2 people.
Rohit, 25, is a really cool Indian guy who speaks English perfectly and makes the best foods ever!! So far it has been a pleasure to share the apartment with him.

"Ab dem ersten Februar haben wir wieder ein Zimmer verfügbar. Es handelt sich um ein unmöbliertes Zimmer in einer 3er-WG im Erdgeschoss im Zentrum von Neukölln. Bei Bedarf kann jedoch ein teilweise möbliertes Zimmer organisiert werden. Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße, ist aber auf der Innenseite, daher sehr ruhig.
Die Küche ist mit Waschmaschine, Herd und sogar einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet! Die Wohnung kann ab dem ersten Tag genutzt werden, da alles Notwendige vorhanden ist. WLAN mit schnellem Internet ist verfügbar! Keine Haustiere. Nichtraucher. Keine Drogen. Keine Anmeldung erforderlich!
Über mich: Kanadier, 37, lebt und arbeitet seit über 10 Jahren in Deutschland. Ich koche gerne gesund, bin Nichtraucher und liebe Sport. Aufgrund meiner beruflichen Verpflichtungen bin ich oft unterwegs, daher ist diese 3er-WG tatsächlich für 2 Personen gedacht.
Rohit, 25, ist ein wirklich cooler Inder, der perfekt Englisch spricht und die besten Gerichte zubereitet! Es war bisher eine Freude, die Wohnung mit ihm zu teilen."

This place has all the best food places, bars and restaurants in walking distance.
There are a total of 3 persons. I am a Canadian living in Germany for many years.Due to my work, I am on the road a lot, so pretty much the apartment will be mainly shared between two people.
There is no registration or Anmeldung available!!
The room could be rented for a longer period if needed.
