Hello lovely people,
due to some changes in our flat we are looking for a 3rd flatmate ASAP. You are gonna live with me, Mara, a 25-year-old student from Germany and Joan, a 22-old student from Spain. I am also working as a social worker and Joan in a hostel so we are out quite a lot.
The room is gonna be unfurnished so you would have to bring your own stuff. Also we don't know for how long we want to stay in the flat, since we wanted to do a flat swap but we will persue this next year.
The closest bus stop is Dammweg (10min) where the M41 stops every 5 minutes and it brings you in 2 stops to Sonnenallee (Ringbahn) or to Hermannplatz and Hauptbahnhof. Also S Köllnische Heide is 10 minutes away. We are living in a family area that seems a bit strange in the beginning but is actually very quiet and safe. We have 1 small Späti and the next supermarket (Edeka, Aldi, DM etc.) is 10min away.
We love to do stuff together and that's what we also expect from our 3rd roommate. We don't have to be 24/7 together obviously but still spend some time since we also have a living room ;)
We also have a closed balcony that you can enter from the living room.
