Hast du Lust auf Gesellschaft und eine super liebevolle WG und willst nicht mehr alleine leben? Ich biete hier mein WG-Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer (also ein bisschen wie ein Appartment in der WG) zum Tausch gegen eine Wohnung an (1-3 Zimmer für 1 bis 2 Menschen, ist flexibel, da ich entweder alleine oder mit einer Freundin leben möchte).
Das Zimmer befindet sich am Ende der WG und ist daher sehr ruhig. Außerdem gibt es ein eigenes Bad und ein Gangstück in dem man die Kleidung verstauen kann. Am Morgen und während des Tages scheint die Sonne in das Zimmer und in das Bad, das ist sehr schön. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer, das gleich neben dem Zimmer ist und eine große Dachterasse, außerdem haben wir Zugang zum Dach. Es gibt also genügend Platz um draußen zu sein und sich auch außerhalb des eigenen Zimmers aufzuhalten.
Do you fancy company and a super loving shared flat and don't want to live alone anymore? I'm offering my shared room with its own bathroom (a bit like an apartment in a shared flat) in exchange for an apartment (1-3 rooms for 1 to 2 people, flexible as I want to live either alone or with a friend).
The room is located at the end of the apartment and is therefore very quiet. There is also a private bathroom and a small hallway where you can store your clothes. In the morning and for some parts of the day the sun shines into the room which is really nice. There is also a living room in the apartment where you can hang up laundry or watch movies with the projector, we have a beautiful big balcony and access to the roof. So there is plenty of space to be outside and spend time outside your own room.
Die WG liegt direkt am Kanal am Weigandufer nicht weit von der weserstraße, dem Harzer Kiez, oder Rixdorf. Die S Bahn Station Sonnenallee ist in schnellen 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Von der Brücke vor der Türe fahren Busse zum Beispiel der 171.
The flat is located directly on the canal on Weigandufer, not far from Weserstrasse, Harzer Kiez or Rixdorf. The Sonnenallee S-Bahn station is a quick 10-minute walk away. Buses, for example the 171, leave from the bridge in front of the door.
Du wirst mit Celine und Anne-Lise leben.
Celine wohnt seit ca 2 Jahren in der wg und ist ein sehr offener und herzensguter Mensch, der immer das gute in den anderen Menschen sieht, öfter in der Küche auf ein Glas Wein anzutreffen ist und in einem Restaurant gleich in der Nähe arbeitet.
Anne-Lise lebt seit ca. 4 Jahren in der WG und hat zusammen mit mir die WG gegründet. Sie ist Lehrerin für Deutsch als Fremdsprache und macht auch noch andere Dinge. Anne-Lise ist sehr offenherzig und lacht gerne und viel, ist unternehmenslustig, gerne in der Natur und bei Kulturveranstaltungen anzutreffen.
Gesucht wird ein Mensch der Lust hat auf WG Leben, also alles andere als eine Zweck WG.

Celine has lived in the flat share for about 2 years and is a very open and kind-hearted person who always sees the good in other people, can often be found in the kitchen for a glass of wine and works in a restaurant nearby.
Anne-Lise has lived in the shared flat for about 4 years and is a teacher of German as a foreign language. Anne-Lise is very open-hearted and likes to laugh a lot, is adventurous and enjoys being outdoors and attending cultural events.
We are looking for a person who enjoys living in a shared place, in other words anything but a purpose-built flat share.
