Dear potential future flatmate,
my name is Dome, and together with Camila, we are looking for someone renting one room, starting February (due to last minute changes, we're posting so late).
This is where you come in!
For starters it can be for three/four month trial period with a possibility of extension, if it fits.
So hard facts about your potential room:
- 3rd floor, no elevator.
- 27m2, to Sonnenallee (very quiet with closed windows, street noises when opened).
- Some furniture, no bed.
- double Glazed widows
- No possibility of Anmeldung
- half furnished (storage space and a clothing rack, but no bed nor mattress atm -- we have a single guest mattress though)
The common areas include the kitchen and the bathroom, both have been renewed recently.
Very important for shared living:
- responsibility & self awareness of and in *common* spaces
- cleanliness and maintenance
- respect
What we're looking for:
- people working part- or full time (no exclusive remote work possible)
- awareness of sharing living spaces, and ideally also experience with it
- above 30 years old
We both speak Spanish with each other, since it's our mother tongue, I also speak German and English fluently, and Camila also speaks English.
