I'm subletting my big and sunny room in the heart of Neukölln as I'll be travelling. No Anmeldung is possible, unfortunately.
*The room*:
- 21m2 + 3m2 balcony for your private usage with a view to a park and lots of trees
- all furnished, bed, wardrobe, work area..
- south-facing with plenty of daylight
*The flat*:
- 112m2, big living room, fully equipped kitchen, shower, washing machine, hoover, etc. everything you need dor a comfortable stay
-Altbau, 3rd floor, no elevator
- 2 women WG, you would live with a lovely Irish flatmate
- no smoking and pets allowed
-it's not a party flat because of the neighbours
- move dates are negotiable
*The WG ambiance*:
- we're 2 working women in the mid of our 30's
- working from home and respectful to each other's schedule and privacy
- very clean and like to keep our home tidy
- quiet, having friends over from time to time, but no parties
*The area*:
-great transport connections close to Sbahn/Ubahn station Hermannstraße
-lively neighbourhood full of cafes, little shops and restaurants
-many supermarkets and shopping options in the area
*The rent*:
-all incl. 750EUR/month
-small deposit for potential furniture/equipment damage returnable after moving out
-preference to ladies who can stay the whole period
