We (Judith, 30 and me, Ena, 34) are looking for a new Roomie because our current one Vero is moving out to new adventures :)
The room is about 10sqm with a big window looking into a beautiful green park and cherry trees. Vero would leave a desk and a big sofa chair for free and a very handy high bed in order to create the most space possible in the small but very bright and cozy room. The bed would stay in the room for a charge.
In addition to a bathroom and kitchen we also have a living room where we love to hang out together :) So you can see the living room as extension of your room.
We also have a spacious balcony!
The apartment is located in the south of Neukölln, only 5 minutes walk from the U7 and the big shopping center called Gropiuspassagen, where you can find everything from Kaufland, to clothing stores, Gym, Cinema,..... everything was das Herz begehrt :) You will reach Hermannplatz in about 10 minutes from the flat. It's a very calm and green area and in spring you'll see why the street is called Kirschnerweg. ;)
Judith and me are really good friends and not just flatmates and we would wish to have this kind of relationship also with our new Roomie, which means we are far far far away from being a Zweck-WG.
Also a part of our little family is our cuddly cat Kami Katze, so it would be great if you're good with animals and would take over babysitting when everyone else is gone. Also, don't be allergic to cats!
In our free time we love to spend time with each other or meet our friends (mostly from the same friends group), do trash-TV evenings or of course enjoy the Berlin Techno Scence and night life (so if you are a techno/tech house lover it would be a big big plus :D). But but also respect everyone‘s private space. Being upfront and understanding with each other are very important values to us.
