Das Zimmer ist hell, obwohl es im Erdgeschoss ist. Nachts ist es ruhig, man kann also sehr gut schlafen. Ich werde für einen Monat verreisen, weshalb es möbliert sein wird. Rauchen ist im Zimmer nicht erlaubt, man kann aber in der Küche rauchen, wenn man dort lüftet.

The room is bright, even though it is on the first floor. It's quiet at night, so you can sleep very well. I will be traveling for a month, so it will be furnished. Smoking is not allowed in the room, but you can smoke in the kitchen if you ventilate there.

Die Lage ist sehr gut: Direkt um die Ecke ist die Weserstraße mit unendlich vielen Bars und Restaurants, der Kanal ist 200m entfernt, wo man gut spazieren kann und joggen. Den Bus kann man in einem Radius von 3 Minuten nehmen, die U-Bahnhaltestelle Rathaus Neukölln ist ca 7 Minuten entfernt und einen Supermarkt hat man auch 3 Minuten entfernt. Außerdem ist noch der Späti 100m entfernt. Was will man mehr?

The location is very good: just around the corner is Weserstraße with an endless number of bars and restaurants, the canal is 200m away, where you can go for a good walk and jog. Julius ist Musiker und Programmierer. Er macht jeden Tag Musik. Wenn es dir abends zu laut ist, kannst du freundlich an seine Tür klopfen und ihm das sagen. Sehr lieber Mensch. Thomas arbeitet im Homeoffice und ernährt sich vegan. Auch sehr ruhig und entspannt. Merle studiert Psychologie, ist jedoch oft bei ihrem Freund. Wir haben einen Putzplan und halten die Wohnung sauber. Manchmal essen wir zusammen in der Küche oder trinken einen Kaffee. Alles sehr legère.
