I am renting my room for 3 weeks while I go on holidays.
It is a 20sqm room with own spacious balcony and big windows. There are 2 desks to work and you can use the pole if you'd like. I will leave most of my stuff here but will make some space to store yours. The kitchen is new and fully equipped, the bathroom is small but very cute and functional.
The rent is 400€ for the 3 weeks, everything included. Please feel free to write me to schedule a viewing or if you have any other questions (I speak english and french).

The flat is very well located. You can reach the canal in a few minutes for a nice walk, Weserstr. is just behind with plenty of bar options, and you have all the shops for everything you might need on Karl-Marx-Str. 2 minutes away.
For transportation there are bus stops just down the flat and the Ubahn station Rathaus Neukölln is 4 minutes away.
You will share the flat with my roomate, Mila. She is a 27yo woman, she won't be home very often. We are looking for someone clean, chill and respectful :)
