I am subletting the smaller room in my spacious 2-room apartment near S+U Hermannstr. between 1 February - 14 March 2024. The room is 18 sqm with an attached balcony. Anmeldung isn't possible. The dates are flexible.

The apartment is fully furnished with a bed, cupboard, kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine, and wifi internet. I also have a robot vaccum+mop and hence it cleans the apartment automatically without any manual effort. You have everything you need to move in with your suitcase. Since I don't have a bed-frame in this room, I am subletting it for a very cheap price.
You also have a south facing window which has sunlight during the evening (whenever the sun gods are happy). The apartment is newly renovated and hence its quite warm even without turning on the heating.
The apartment is on the ring-bahn. It's 4 minute walk from S+U Neukölln with U8 and multiple S Bahns running. It's easy to reach anywhere in the city quickly.
There is a Lidl right next door and REWE 4 minute walk away. There are a lot of restaurants and döner shops in the street open till late in the night.
The window faces the lively Hermannstr and you don't feel lonely. The apartment is well isolated and hence there is no noise from the street.
You will share the room with another person. If you book this room before I find the other person, I can consider your roommate preference. The rooms are very separate and the doors are well isolated. Hence, you can enjoy peace and calm in your own room. The kitchen is big with a kitchen table ideal for hanging out and eating together if you prefer that.
The internet is 200mbps- very fast and reliable if you need to work from home. I don't have a table yet, but I can buy one if I manage to rent this room.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator. The kitchen is huge and has a big table with 3 chairs where you can enjoy your meal. I also have a nice electric guitar if you like playing music.
The apartment is recently renovated and is very well isolated- hence its very warm even on the coldest of days.
No pets allowed.
