Super schöne 100qm, 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im 5. OG mit Fahrstuhl. Das Wohnhaus wurde 2020 errichtet und liegt im Herzen Neuköllns. Neben der großen modernen Küche mit Spülmaschine, gibt es ein angeschlossenes Wohnzimmer, ein neues Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, sowie ein weiteres freies Zimmer.
Das freie Zimmer ist ca. 18qm groß und möbelliert mit einem Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch und allem was es so braucht. Alle Zimmer haben eine Fensterfront mit bodentiefen Fenstern über die viel Tageslicht in die Zimmer kommt.
Insgesamt super Zustand und sehr neu, um sich hier wirklich wohlzufühlen.
spacious 100sqm, 3-room apartment on the 5th floor with elevator. The apartment building was built in 2020 and is located in the heart of Neukölln. In addition to the large modern kitchen with dishwasher, there is an adjoining living room, a new bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, as well as another free room.
The spare room is approx. 18 sqm in size and furnished with a wardrobe, bed, desk and everything you need. All rooms have a window front with floor-to-ceiling windows through which a lot of daylight comes into the rooms.
All in all, the rooms are in excellent condition and very new, so you can really feel at home here.
Das Wohnaus wurde erst 2020 komplett neu gebaut. Die Lage ist super zentral im schönen Neukölln, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße Nahe der UBahn-Station Rathaus Neukölln. Zu Fuß sind es 5 min zum Schillerkiez und 10 min zum Tempelhofer Feld.
Außerdem hat man von hier oben einen tollen Blick auf das nachts beleuchtete Rathaus.
The apartment was built in 2020. The location is super central in beautiful Neukölln, in a quiet side street near the Rathaus Neukölln underground station. It is a 5-minute walk to Schillerkiez and 10 minutes to Tempelhofer Feld.
You also have a great view of the town hall, which is illuminated at night, from up here.
Ich freue mich über eine(n) Mitbewohner(in) mit der/dem eine entspannte in der 2er WG entsteht. Die Wohnung hat viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen und Verwirklichen.
Kurz zu mir:
Ich bin selbst vor kurzem hier eingezogen und habe vor ein paar Jahren mit einem Freund ein StartUp gegründet, was gut läuft. Musik ist mir unglaublich wichtig, genauso wie Snowboarden, Konzerte, Essengehen oder „philosophischwerden nach dem zweiten Glas Wein“.
Zuhause ist für mich eine Mischung aus Rückzugsort und Freundeskreis. Ich bin immer offen für Unternehmungen oder den Sonntagspaziergang mit Kaffee durch den Kiez. Wie für die Meisten braucht es aber auch mal Zeit für mich selbst.

About me:
I recently moved in here myself and founded a start-up with a friend a few years ago, which is going well. Music is incredibly important to me, as are snowboarding, concerts, eating out or "getting philosophical after the second glass of wine".
For me, home is a combination of a retreat and to enjoy together with friends. I'm always open to activities or a Sunday stroll through the neighborhood with a coffee. But like most people, I also need some time for myself.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind genau vor der Tür, Bus und U Bahn sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Restaurants und Cafes in der der nächsten Umgebung. Das Haus hat im Innenhof Sitzmöglichkeiten wo man warme Sommerabende ausklingen lassen kann.
Shopping facilities are right outside the door, bus and subway can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity. The house has seating in the inner courtyard where you can spend warm summer evenings.
