The room is quite large, 5m x 4m with a bed, couch and chair as well as a wardrobe and drawers for your clothing. The room is facing the street and is next to a bar and Feuerwehr, so can be loud during the day but the street itself is very quiet at night with little traffic.
More photos of the room and the rest of the apartment are to come. Move in date is flexible, and there is also a possibility of the sublet period being extended until the end of April, which will be confirmed by the first week of March.
The house is situated 5 minutes walk from U Neukölln and 10 minutes walk from U Hermannstrasse so it is very easy to travel throughout the city.
You’ll be living with two of the greatest people you could ever possibly live with. One is Milla, a 32 year year old Fin who is wonderful to chat with over a coffee in the kitchen and can always give you a great book recommendation and is also encyclopaedia of knowledge when it comes to the good art events, concerts, bars and club events worth going to. The other housemate is Vinodini, a 27 year old non-binary badass who loves a good cup of tea and a chat about all things books and crafts, as well as give you a great perspective on pretty much any topic. The house is queer and a queer FLINTA person is preferred.
The house operates on a monthly cleaning schedule that can be discussed with the housemates upon moving in.
