Ich vermiete meine gemütliche, grüne (manchmal aus sonnige, wenn sie sich mal zeigt) 1,5 Zimmerwohnung. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon, sowie ein kleines separates Büro, perfekt fürs Home Office oder Studieren. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles da und ready zum kochen :)

I am renting out my cozy, green (sometimes sunny if the sun shows up in Feb) 1.5 room apartment. The apartment has a balcony, as well as a small separate office, perfect for home office or studying. The kitchen is well equipped, everything is there and ready to cook :)
Die Wohnung hat eine super Anbindung an den ÖPNV (2min M41, 4min U7 Rathaus Neukölln/ 10min U7/8 Hermannplatz) und hat In direkter Nachbarschaft wirklich großartige Essengelegenheiten, Bars und Supermärkte. Wer auf gutes Essen und das Ausgehmöglichkeiten steht ist hier genau richtig :)
Zum Tempelhofer Feld sind es 10min mit dem Fahrrad und zur Hasenheide 10min zu Fuß.

The apartment has great public transport connections (2min M41, 4min U7 Rathaus Neukölln/ 10min U7/8 Hermannplatz). In the immediate neighborhood there are great food, bars and all known and unknown supermarkets. If you like good food and the hustle and bustle of Neukölln, this is the place for you :)

Ich lege Wert darauf, dass mit der Einrichtung und den Pflanzen gut umgegangen wird. Freue mich also über eine Person, die dies zu schätzen weiß und nicht gerade als Pflanzentöter*in bekannt ist haha
Die Pflanzen erfordern nicht viel Pflege, eher ein wachsames Auge. Dafür hast du's sehr grün in deiner Zeit hier!
