ich bin auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitbewohner für meine WG in der Weserstrasse in Nordneukölln.
Hier sind ein paar wichtige Punkte, die du über die WG wissen solltest.
Early Bird: Ich bin ein Frühaufsteher .
Harmonie hat Priorität: Ein harmonisches Zusammenleben ist mir sehr wichtig.
Keine Raucher bitte: Ich bin Nichtraucher und bevorzuge auch Mitbewohner, die nicht rauchen.
Open Door Policy: Jeder braucht seinen persönlichen Freiraum, aber meine Tür steht immer offen für Gespräche und gemeinsame Aktivitäten.
Zusammen kochen: Gemeinsame Mahlzeiten sind ein wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Zusammenlebens.Gerne zusammen Sport treiben oder einfach nur einen Netflix-Abend verbringen: Ich genieße es, gemeinsam aktiv zu sein oder einfach zu entspannen.
Prime Time Party Time ist vorbei: Prioritäten liegen jetzt auf Sport und Reisen.
Der Preis beträgt 699€ Warmmiete inklusive Strom und deckt auch das Internet ab.Das Zimmer ist 20m² groß in einer insgesamt 68m² großen Altbauwohnung mit Balkon.
Vorzugsweise Arbeiter WG, keine Studenten WG, Bitte stelle dich kurz vor und erzähle mir, wie dein Tagesablauf aussieht und was dir wichtig ist.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Bereich in Nordneukölln. Die hippen Bars sind fußläufig erreichbar. Mach dir selbst ein Bild und komm vorbei oder ruf mal durch.
