The room is 25sqm2, high ceiled room in altbau appartment facing Sonnenallee with a balcony
*Furniture:* One clothing wardrobe
There's a vintage green couch (that can be opened into a sofa bed), a huge 180m bed (i can leave one set of. bedding for this), a desk, and cabinets
*Noise:* there is some white noise from the street (it's a quieter section of Sonnenallee) but the cars can be heard going past from the room
*In the photos:* the picture with the green couch shows the updated furniture
Sonnenallee . Close to canal and many supermarkets nearby.
Even though it's just for a short time we want to find someone who would be a good fit, and keep the WG feeling. Whether that's simply chatting together, or having a meal here and there. Obviously if other common interest fits and going bouldering nearby together works out that's great, but it's certainly not essential.
I (she/her 28) live mostly with Kam (23, she/her), and want to make sure i get a great fit to live with her. She's a great housemate who's caring, respectful and loves to do lots of sports - bouldering, cycling. We've had a couple of dinners with friends together, occasionally boulder together and chat a lot together, but we also are doing our own thing a lot of the time.
There's also a third room in the apartment which is Sen's room (he/him, 42), but our he mostly lives with his partner and only pops by every so often, sometimes for dinner, and he also doesn't mind us using the room a little if we are respectful of his things.
Homophobia, transphobia and racism are not accepted in this apartment.
If you're available perhaps leave your contact (a phone number) as it would be great to arrange a viewing soon. It would be important to meet Kam and see if it's a good fit and workout on both sides
Dates could be a little flexible (e.g. starting a little later), but the room is available from 13Feb to 14May. Please confirm in your message that you're aware this is short term, and whether you would be happy with these dates, or which dates you would take the room. And also your availability over the weekend and Monday to meet. A phone number can be useful too.
The apartment is an altbau and so, while we keep the apartment fairly clean, it is definitely not a pristine modern apartment. You can also see a picture of kitchen eating area which is the main communal space in the apartment.
