It is a 5-room apartment at Boddinstrasse (U8) two stops from Hermannstraße (s41/s42/s45/s46/s47) and a 10' walk from Hermanplatz (U7). Supermarkets nearby Penny, Netto, Lidl (x2) and Rewe. 5min walking there is a shopping mall and lots of cheap bars all over the neighborhood and 10/10 cafes (like Paolo Pinkel or Villa Neukölln). It is a 4th floor without elevator. It comes fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.
At the moment there are two bedrooms available for March (possible to take both for you and your friend, or only one). There are two other tenants in the flat.

All cleaning tasks and shopping lists are organized in an app, so there is a weekly schedule for house chores and taking out the trash. We also share some expenses like cleaing products, trash bags, toilet paper, etc.
The other flatmates work and study, so it is a very chill and quiet flat during the day.
