Das Zimmer ist hell und hat ein großes Fenster. Die Wohnung wurde vor zwei Jahren komplett renoviert. Falls du einen Schreibtisch und einen Stuhl brauchst, kann ich auch welche hinstellen :) Rauchen in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt. Verlängerung ist möglich.
The room is bright and has a large window. The apartment was completely renovated two years ago. If you need a desk and a chair, no problem :) Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Extension is possible.
Die Lage von der Wohnung ist super. Viele Schöne Parks, Bars, Cafés, Restaurants, Supermärkte, Späti's usw. in der Nähe. U8, U7 und Ringbahn ca. 5 min. entfernt. Wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind, hört man tagsüber die Straße Geräusche aber sonst relativ ruhig.
The location of the apartment is great. Many beautiful parks, bars, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, Späti's etc. nearby. U8, U7 and Ringbahn about 5 min. away. If the windows are open you can hear the street noise during the day but otherwise is quiet.
Es ist mir wichtig, dass man sich gegenseitig respektiert und in der Wohnung wohl fühlt. Sauberkeit und Ordnung in die gemeinsamen Räume wichtig. Ich finde es schön, dass wir uns gut verstehen und wohl fühlen und wenn wir Zeit und Lust haben, ab und zu zusammen Zeit verbringen, was trinken, quatschen können. Natürlich ist es auch wichtig gegenseitig Raum lassen, wenn man allein sein möchte. Ich bin mit den Geräuschen nicht so empfindlich. Wenn dir absolute Ruhe wichtig ist, die Wohnung ist nicht das richtige für dich. Weil die Küche hat keine Tür dadurch kriegt man manche Geräusche mit oder man hört auch Straßen Geräusche wenn das Fenster offen ist. Es ist eine Vegetarische WG, also wäre perfekt wenn du auch Vegetarisch oder Vegan bist:)
It's important to me that people respect each other and feel comfortable in the apartment. Cleanliness and tidiness in the shared rooms are important. I think it's nice that we get on well and feel comfortable and that we can spend time together from time to time when we have time and feel like it, have a drink and chat. Of course, it's also important to give each other space when you want to be alone. I'm not that sensitive to noises. If absolute peace and quiet is important to you, the apartment isn't right for you. Because the kitchen doesn't have a door, you can hear some noises or you can hear street noises when the window is open. It's a vegetarian flat share, so it would be perfect if you are also vegetarian or vegan:)
Ich suche erstmal Jemand:in für zwei Monate. Falls zusammenleben gut klappt, können wir auch besprechen, ob wir doch länger zusammen wohnen wollen:)
